You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or other user accounts.
We offer both free and paid subscription plans ("Pro"). Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, refunds are not provided for partial months.
SheetSQL AI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You retain all rights to the data you process through our service. We claim no ownership over your spreadsheet data.
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the service.
In no event shall SheetSQL AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
